Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys diagnosing equipment issues and keeping production moving? We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining and improving our manufacturing equipment.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.

• Reduce downtime through proactive maintenance and problem-solving.

• Maintain parts inventory and order components as needed.

• Partner with plant leadership to prioritize repairs and improvements.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

• Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems.

• Ability to read electrical schematics.

• Welding experience preferred.

• CNC router and optimizer experience is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pontotoc, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
