Full-Time | $65–$75 per hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Smiles of Sedro-Woolley is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Our hygienists aren't here just to "clean teeth." You'll help patients understand their periodontal health, connect oral health to overall health, identify needs early, and build relationships that keep patients engaged in their care.

The practice is modern and well-equipped, and our clinical team works together closely to create a comfortable, personalized experience for patients of all ages.

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care

• Complete periodontal assessments and charting

• Perform prophylaxis and periodontal therapy as appropriate

• Take diagnostic dental x-rays

• Deliver meaningful patient education

• Discuss oral-systemic health and preventive care

• Build long-term relationships with patients

• Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team

• Use technology, including Overjet, to support patient education and clinical conversations

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Practice to the full extent of your hygiene scope

• Active Washington RDH license, or eligibility for licensure

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong patient communication skills

• Team-oriented approach

• Commitment to high-quality clinical care

• Interest in patient education and prevention

• Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is helpful
