Finance Year-Round Intern Location: Louisville, KY, USA Hours: 20-25 hours per week during the school year, 30-40 hours per week during the summer Duration: 1 year (November 2025 – November 2026) Team assignments may include: Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Commercial, Sourcing, Controllership, Treasury, and more. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Hands on engagement in ongoing department tasks such as: Financial Data Analysis. Financial Reporting (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly). Participation in routine closing activities. Assistance with Operational Finance planning activities. Engagement in Lean methodologies (digitization/simplification). Participation in GE mentoring and networking opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Full‑time student enrolled in a 4‑year college or university program in the Louisville, KY area, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Commitment to work year‑round (minimum of 2 semesters). Ability to work 20‑25 hours per week onsite during the school year and 30‑40 hours per week during the summer. Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Legal authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship for employment visas. Working Conditions Normal office environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. No housing or relocation benefits.
