Business Unit Financial Controller (5625)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Unit Financial Controller to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL . This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position. SALARY: $170,000-$260,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements DoD / government contract accounting experience DCAA compliance and audit readiness Deltek Costpoint proficiency Government cost accounting expertise EAC analysis and indirect rate management P&L ownership and forecasting skills Revenue recognition for government contracts (FPP, CPFF, cost‑plus) Experience with DOD contract structures (FFP, CPFF, award fee) Responsibilities Oversee BU forecasting and annual planning processes Manage P&L ownership and direct team in financial analysis Handle indirect rate development and monitoring Perform EAC reviews and cost analysis for government contracts Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with senior management Develop and present financial reports and variance analyses Provide financial data support for proposals and negotiations Lead accounting activities including billing, AR, AP, and GL reconciliations Ensure revenue recognition accuracy per GAAP standards Monitor and analyze project EACs in compliance with GAAP Supervise and develop finance and accounting staff Manage internal and external audit engagements Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts We are an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
