Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. This position will begin with training at our Moundsville location. Upon completion of training, you will work three days per week in Moundsville and two days per week in New Martinsville, WV. Eventually, this role will transition into a full-time position based entirely in New Martinsville, WV. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
