Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Revenue Specialist II will manage billing system setups, resolve complex payer contract requirements, and support revenue cycle operations in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Research and implement system architecture changes for insurance setup to ensure accurate billing and claims generation Communicate with insurance payers to clarify contract terms and ensure timely reimbursement for services Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries related to contracts, revenue management, and billing attributes Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or with various health care insurance payers Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress in a fast-paced environment Experience in building relationships and collaborating with teams across departments
