Customer Service Delivery Advocate- 4 day work week!

Shift Requirement The hours for this position are from 7am – 5pm, 9am – 7pm or 11am – 9pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Pay Range: $20–$22 hourly Starting Pay: $20/hr At 3 Months: $20.50/hr At 6 Months: $21/hr In your first year, you can progress from $20/hr to $22/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. Obtaining this license is a condition of employment; failure to secure it may impact continued employment in this role General Qualifications And Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to inclement or extreme weather Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours) Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English Strong dexterity and endurance to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat; ability to grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity; reasonable accommodations may be granted to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Carvana is an equal employment opportunity employer.
