Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Position Overview: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess, teach, and deliver therapy interventions based on physician directives within a home health setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' mobility, strength, and function Develop and update individualized plans of care Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders Document patient progress and modify treatment as needed Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers Participate in discharge planning and education Supervise other personnel such as OT Assistants and Home Health Aides where applicable Complete OASIS assessments where permitted Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current, unrestricted state license Valid CPR, driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance Experience in home health therapy and OASIS documentation preferred Benefits: Competitive pay Health insurance options 401(k) with match Paid time off Tuition reimbursement CEUs Employee Assistance Program Other perks designed to support personal and professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
