About Haley & Bear Haley & Bear is a newly renovated American bistro located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton on Main Street in Concord, NH. Our kitchen supports the restaurant, banquets, and catering events. Check us out! What You'll Do As a line cook, you will help prepare fresh, high-quality food in a clean and organized kitchen. You will: * Cook menu items for the restaurant, banquets, and catering * Work stations like grill, sauté, oven, and pantry * Prep hot and cold food * Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards * Label, date, rotate, and store food safely * Keep your station clean and ready * Follow food safety rules * Support the team during busy service Requirements: What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: * Reliable * Team-focused * Calm under pressure * Willing to learn * Proud of good food and a clean kitchen * Able to follow directions and ask questions when needed Kitchen experience is preferred, but a strong attitude and work ethic matter too.
