Plaid Again is a small design studio with big ambitions for the future. Our business is growing, and as we grow we’re interested in building strong professional relationships with a talented Web Developer who would be interested in working with us on an ongoing and/or project-to-project basis. General Requirements Hardware + Software: you will need to provide your own computer and the software necessary to perform your job function. Excellent communication skills. We are a small team who work very collaboratively on every client and project. Everyone on the team needs to display top tier verbal, written, and presentation skills. Phenomenal time management and time tracking ability. Time Commitment — number of hours (weekly and/or monthly) would depend on our active clients, project types, and workload volume. However, this is something that we would be able to set for certain durations so the work is steady. All hours are tracked in a spreadsheet that is shared with the principal creative. Working Remotely — All freelance positions are fully remote, but we would love to occasionally meet up. So bonus points if you live in the SF Bay Area, but not a requirement. Compensation — Pay range is dependent on job function and experience. Please specify in the form below your expected hourly rate, or please specify if pay is negotiable.
