Qualifications:

• Active Special Education (SPED) Licensure in Connecticut
• Experience or interest in teaching students on the spectrum
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a diverse caseload
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies for students with varying needs
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and school staff to promote student success
• Create engaging learning experiences that encourage growth and independence
• Monitor progress, assess needs, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Maintain thorough records and compliance with all state and federal regulations
