What You'll Do
- Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis.
- Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor patient competency to ensure safe at-home treatment.
- Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to maintain continuity of care.
- Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 2-3 training sessions per day.
What You Need
Required:- Active RN license in Texas
- Recent dialysis experience
- Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
- Home health or chronic care experience
About the Assignment This role supports a leading healthcare facility in Canton, Texas, focusing on patient education and home dialysis training. The RN will be responsible for training patients on the Tablo Hemodialysis System to ensure safe and effective treatment at home, working closely with clinic teams to deliver comprehensive care.
