Responsibilities of the full time Customer Service role include:

• Taking and entering orders into the computer system via phone and email.

• Coordinate scheduling with Installation Supervisor

• Maintaining long-term customer relationships when communicating with customers.

GREAT candidates for the full time Customer Service position will have:

• Excellent telephone and communication skills.

• A positive, can-do attitude and desire to exceed expectations.

• A passion for maintaining long-term customer relationships.

• Previous office and customer service experience.

• Strong computer skills.

• Knowledge of floor coverings and the flooring industry is helpful but not required.
