What to Expect Residential Energy Demand Planning partners with global sales, manufacturing, engineering, product and finance to support the rapid growth of Residential Energy products globally. This is a key cross-functional decision-making role with high impact, accountability, and executive visibility. As a Senior Demand Planning Analyst of the Residential Energy Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for forecasting demand for key Residential Energy product lines, collaborating with vehicle team on Energy-Vehicle ecosystem analyses, supporting long-term capacity planning, and providing guidance to leadership for critical business decisions and managing risks. The ideal candidate has a passion for sustainable energy, collaborates well cross functionally, and is skilled at using data to solve complex operational problems.
