About FlyraFlyra is stablecoin infrastructure for businesses in markets the traditional banking system underserves. Through one API, payment service providers embed wallets, yield, Visa cards, settlement, and credit for their business customers, with payments orchestrated across banks, stablecoin networks, and off-ramps for the best route and price.Flyra also gives partners a data platform: a continuously reconciled, real-time view of every balance, liability, and transaction across on-chain and off-chain accounts. Vedax, our AI layer, works on that data to investigate transactions, monitor reserves, and turn payments data into insights and credit decisions.We're in production, backed by Coinbase Ventures, Digital Currency Group, Rally Cap, and Goodwater, and led by a founder who was CFO at Kabbage and Flutterwave.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.The roleYou'll build and own Flyra's product function, from strategy through implementation. We need someone who deeply understands how money moves across banks, custodians, stablecoin networks, wallets, and local payment rails, and can translate that knowledge into products our partners can launch and operate.This is a hands-on leadership role. You should be able to map a transaction from deposit to payout, explain who holds the funds and what the ledger records at every step, and define what happens when settlement is delayed or a payment fails.What you'll doOwn product strategy and execution across wallets, virtual accounts, yield, cards, settlement, and creditDesign fund flows across fiat and stablecoins, including custody, on-ramps, off-ramps, conversions, and cross-border payoutsDefine transaction states, balance availability, fees, reversals, and exception handling with engineeringBuild routing capabilities that account for price, liquidity, settlement timing, and partner availabilityOwn the partner integration experience, including APIs, sandbox, documentation, and operational toolsDevelop the reconciled data platform and work with engineering to turn that data into useful Vedax capabilitiesWork directly with PSPs to translate customer needs into repeatable platform productsPartner with risk and compliance to build controls into fund flows and product behaviorBuild and lead the product team as Flyra growsWhat you bringSignificant product leadership experience in payments, banking infrastructure, or stablecoin and digital asset infrastructureDeep knowledge of fund flows, custody models, stablecoin settlement, fiat xhyhwjd on-ramps, and off-rampsDirect experience shipping financial products through banks, custodians, processors, or payment networksStrong understanding of ledgers, reconciliation, liquidity, and available versus pending and settled balancesExperience building API products and supporting enterprise integrationsAbility to work through technical details with engineers and write precise, actionable requirementsCommercial judgment about what to build, where to use partners, and how to get customers liveComfortable setting strategy while staying close to implementationWhy FlyraFounding product leadership role with meaningful equityLive product with real volumeOwn the product roadmap and build the teamShape stablecoin infrastructure for markets that need it most
