Technology’s role in accelerating the pace of social change is more critical now than at any point in history. We are looking for an engineer to take the reigns as lead developer for our AI‑enabled social impact product, b.world. b.world is a platform built on ASP.NET Core/Azure that supports the critical needs of small, medium, and large nonprofits. You will work directly with product teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, build new features, write tests, review code, and handle support issues. Job Responsibilities Design, build, and implement platform features using ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure DevOps. Architect and develop scalable software that enables threshold.world clients to grow rapidly. Collaborate with senior engineers to build the infrastructure powerhouse of the decentralized world. Help design and implement the ASP.NET user‑facing frontend. Write unit, integration, and performance tests; review code and support production issues. Qualifications Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure DevOps. Strong background in designing and building scalable, high‑performance web applications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams. Must be able to work full‑time from the Ardmore, PA area (Philadelphia Suburbs) and be a US Citizen, holding a Green Card or Long‑Term Visa.
