Crisis Response

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Crisis Response professional to deliver timely, trauma-informed support to individuals and families experiencing behavioral health or housing-related crises. In this role, you will conduct rapid risk and needs assessments, de-escalate high-stress situations, and develop safety plans while coordinating warm handoffs to LSS programs and community partners. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered environment, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in on-call or shift-based coverage.
