Technology Risk ManagerInsight Global is seeking an experienced Technology Risk Manager to join the Cyber & Technology Risk Management team within PayPal's cybersecurity organization. This individual will be responsible for managing technology and cybersecurity-related issues across an assigned technology portfolio, driving risk reduction efforts, and partnering with stakeholders to remediate control failures and technology risks. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of complex issues, and possesses the ability to influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed environment.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end issue management lifecycle for an assigned technology portfolio, including identification, documentation, remediation, and closure validation.Investigate technology and cybersecurity control failures, perform root cause analysis, and validate remediation plans.Drive risk reduction efforts by prioritizing issues, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring timely resolution.Partner with engineering, architecture, compliance, audit, and risk teams to address control gaps and technology risks.Simplify complex technical issues and communicate recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
