Requirements
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Relevant certifications in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in rehabilitation settings

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patient needs and functional capabilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately.

Compliance / Notes
- Onboarding will require 4 weeks.
- Adherence to all facility protocols and policies is expected.
