Job Title: Material Strider
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Onsite: Everett, WA
Pay Rate: $22-24/hr
Shift time: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (overtime possibilities)
Job Descriptions
The Material Strider supports production by ensuring materials are delivered to the manufacturing floor and inventory is properly managed. This is a fast-paced, active role that requires constant movement and communication.
Required skills
- 1+ years of previous experience within a warehouse/factory setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Ability to work in a high pace environment
- Ability to be on their feet for 8 hours a day
- Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Can pass both a background check and drug screening
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with production teams to understand material needs
- Collect empty bins from production cells and return them to the supermarket
- Refill bins with required materials and deliver them back to the floor
- Ensure inventory transactions are completed when bins are empty to trigger replenishment
- Support incoming materials and ensure they are properly stocked
