Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Medical Team Administrator at the Pickens County Detention Center in South Carolina.

This full-time leadership opportunity offers the consistency of a Monday through Friday schedule while allowing you to step into a meaningful clinical leadership role within correctional healthcare. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily medical operations and nursing workflow within the facility
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Oversee sick call processes and follow-up care
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, company policies, and facility procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation and assist with quality assurance initiatives
• Communicate effectively with providers, correctional staff, and facility leadership
• Help create a professional, organized, and patient-focused healthcare environment
