Responsibilities Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world‑class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Connect with customers and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open‑ended questions. Demonstrate our products’ unique benefits and features, and seize opportunities to make customers’ day and leave the world Lusher than we found it. Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on fighting animal testing, freshest cosmetics, ethical buying, 100 % vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging. Articulate these values in the shop and through community engagement by hosting store parties and other initiatives that bring in more traffic. Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and deepening familiarity with all things Lush. Stay up‑to‑date on products, ingredients, and unique benefits to confidently recommend the best solutions for every customer. Development: Use Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Own your development, assess performance, and seek feedback and opportunities to improve. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members’ perspectives related to DEIB. Foster belonging by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing each employee’s unique contributions. Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present. Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Stock and Inventory: Adjust product displays in real time based on sales, following Visual Merchandising guidelines to improve customer experience. Policies and Procedures: Practice company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety. Qualifications Required: Excellent customer service skills Required: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Required: Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Required: Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Required: Candidates under the age of 18 who are selected will be employed on a contract basis through the Lush Youth Employment Program, in line with local employment and labour regulations.
