Customer Care Representative

Eugene, Oregon | Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM $20-$24/hour + weekly profit sharing

Every customer conversation matters.

When a customer calls Reynolds, you're often the first person they connect with. Your job is more than answering the phone. You'll listen to what the customer needs, ask the right questions, gather accurate information, book the right appointment, and help the customer understand what happens next.

You'll work closely with Dispatch, Service Managers, and technicians to make sure customers have a smooth experience from their first call through their service appointment.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and help customers with their service needs
• Listen carefully and ask questions to understand the customer's situation
• Gather and accurately enter customer and service information into our CRM
• Book service appointments based on the customer's needs
• Clearly explain our service process and what customers can expect
• Communicate appointment and service updates with customers
• Work closely with Dispatch, Service Managers, and technicians to keep things moving
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Make outbound calls and follow up with customers when needed
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation

What We're Looking For

• A strong listener who knows how to ask good questions
• Organized and able to stay focused while handling several things at once
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to stay calm and helpful when a customer is frustrated
• A problem solver who takes ownership and follows through
• A team player who communicates well with others

Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, hospitality, retail, healthcare, administrative, or similar experience is helpful, but we're more interested in your ability to communicate, learn, and take care of customers than having a specific job title on your resume.

Experience with ServiceTitan or another CRM is a plus, but not required.
