About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the expansion of its sales team and drive growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-8 Account Executives, with a focus on scaling the sales team and providing guidance to reach the next phase of development. A key requirement for this role is a minimum of 5 years' experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. The Head of Sales should have a proven track record in scaling sales teams and a data-driven approach to pipeline management. This role is pivotal in the company's growth strategy, and the ideal candidate will be adept at setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The Head of Sales will also be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention. A background in SaaS sales is essential, and experience in a VC-backed environment is a plus. The position is open to candidates based in Miami or remote within the US, and the company values a diverse and dynamic team.
