IMMEDIATE NEED - Dynamic fast growing Non-skilled Private Duty Home Health Care agency is seeking a FULL TIME BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH FIELD Registered Nurse for NON-CLINICAL home visits in client homes.

The office is located in West Palm Beach, FL.

Job requirements:

Must have an active state of Florida RN License
1+ years of experience working in a Home health setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of Home Care policies and procedures
Excellent communication & written skills

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities include the following:

Complete initial assessment
Initiate and develop plan of care
Provide health care instructions to the patient
Supervisory visits & Evaluations
