Cashier - JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience:

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cashier experience

• Be a Team Member: Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Hardworking, Fun, and Exciting cashier to join our Front End team here at the store.

• Accurately scan and weigh items while completing customer transactions efficiently
• Accept and verify all forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, and checks
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and going above and beyond to “wow” them
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front end area
• Assist other departments with stocking, signage, and general support during slower periods
• Ensure all items are properly accounted for in each transaction
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
