Our restaurant hosts and hostesses help us ensure a "Remark"able experience for all of our dine-in guests. The responsibility of our hosts and hostesses is to greet and assist our dine-in customers and keep the dining area clean and well-stocked. Job opportunities as Host / Hostess / Greeter are generally offered as part time restaurant jobs, with some limited full time opportunities. Host / Hostess / Greeter Requirements & Responsibilities We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities: * Consistency and Reliability * Cheerful and Positive Attitude * Values Teamwork * Loves Serving and Helping Others Applicants must be able to: * Smile * Create and Maintain Eye Contact * Speak Enthusiastically * Make Emotional Connections with Guests * Work Quickly and Efficiently * Follow Restaurant Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. REQUIREMENTS In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
