7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in L&D, including the ability to circulate, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, large hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
• Assist with deliveries and surgical procedures, including circulating
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (California required; pending not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience ( required )
• Experience in large hospital settings (highly preferred)
• Must be able to circulate ( required )
• Certifications required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NRP
  • AWHONN Intermediate
• AWHONN Advanced (preferred)
