This role is for our upcoming University Place location, opening in May 2026. Selected team members will begin employment and training prior to opening, working at our Canyon location in Puyallup and Mountain Highway location in Spanaway to be fully prepared for launch.

What You'll Do

• Customer Service
• Go the extra mile to create moments that wow our customers. You'll process wash requests, prep vehicles, and help turn everyday customers into Raving Fans.
• Sales
• Build strong knowledge of our products and services and confidently recommend the best options to meet customer needs.
• Cleaning
• Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the site, including the building, tunnel, and surrounding grounds.
• Safety
• Ensure a safe environment for all team members and an outstanding experience for every customer.
• Teamwork
• Work with an amazing team, rotate positions throughout the day, and follow Wave procedures, policies, and appearance standards.
