Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Cleanroom Production Operator, where you will play a crucial role in our manual and automated packaging lines. You will build and weigh boxes, working closely with a team to achieve packaging goals. This role requires standing for most of the shift and rotating through various stations to ensure a seamless operation.

• Build and weigh boxes on the manual packaging line.
• Work collaboratively with a team of 5-7 people to achieve packaging goals.
• Rotate through different stations on the packaging line to enhance efficiency and reduce monotony.
• Support the automated packaging line by monitoring machines that perform the packaging tasks.
• Inspect machine screens for errors, remove defective parts, and reset machines as necessary.
• Load materials into the machine and staging area, ensuring continuous operation.
• Monitor inventory levels at each station to prevent machine stoppage due to material shortages.

• Experience in inspection and quality assurance.
• Ability to follow strict manufacturing processes without deviation.
• Proficiency in machine operation and understanding of automated equipment.
• High attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Capability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Experience operating manufacturing machines is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work closely with machines in a setting with loud noises. The position is based on a Monday to Thursday schedule, with shifts from 4 am to 2:30 pm. While the primary work location is fixed, flexibility is required as there may be occasional needs to assist other departments at a nearby building. The company is committed to ensuring steady employment and minimizing downtime, requiring adaptability to different workstations and tasks as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in San Diego,CA.
