What You'll Do

As a Community Association Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of homeowner associations, working closely with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to ensure each community is well managed and operating smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned HOA communities.
• Build strong working relationships with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
• Attend and facilitate Board meetings while providing professional guidance and support.
• Review financial reports and assist Boards with annual budget planning.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee maintenance projects and capital improvements.
• Conduct community inspections and oversee covenant compliance.
• Guide Boards through governance, policies, and operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with CCIOA and applicable Colorado statutes.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with all stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• HOA or residential property management experience.
• Experience working with Boards of Directors is preferred.
• Familiarity with HOA governing documents, budgeting, or covenant enforcement is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
