WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR PARTS ADVISOR:
You'll be the bridge between customers, technicians, and solutions:
- Process parts orders across multiple channels: in-person, phone, and digital
- Guide customers and Service Technicians to the right parts for every job
- Keep communication flowing until every order is delivered and complete
- Research parts using multiple systems and vendor platforms
- Deliver accurate quotes and information to internal teams
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR PARTS ADVISOR:
- 2 years Parts Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18+
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience:
- Background in forklift parts or mechanical systems
