Project Manager - Heavy Civil

Project ManagerA growing contractor is seeking a Project Manager with civil construction experience to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. This role works closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage project schedules, budgets, and overall performanceCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholdersReview and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersTrack project costs, production, and forecastingEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and contract requirementsRequired QualificationsDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldProven experience managing civil construction projectsStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsWhat's OfferedCompetitive compensationFull benefits packageLong-term career growth within civil construction and infrastructure projectsIf you are interested in this Project Manager role in the Washington DC area please apply!
