Clinical Program Manager RN - Nursing Admin at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The Program Manager is accountable for the overall management, leadership, and direction of the clinical and operational activities of the structural heart program in accordance with Providence Saint John's Health Mission and Core Values. The Program Manager will work to create an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care, treatment and follow-up that achieves operational and clinical “Best Practice.”

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
• 5 years General Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months in the area of specialization, 3-5 years preferred
• Experience as a program coordinator, nursing leadership position or educator preferred

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
