Salon Guest Services Representative

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience. Schedule required for the GROVE CITY Salon + Spa 25-28 hours per week Monday 10-4 availability and 2-3 evenings and Saturday availability required 24-28 hours per week Weekday shifts: scheduled hours will vary - shifts will require being able to work until 9pm Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM Abilities and Skills Needed Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette Strong problem-solving ability Detail-oriented Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback Our Full-Time (30hrs/week) Benefits Include Professional Development and Continuing Education Opportunities Generous Employee Discounts on Services and Products Accident and Critical Illness Coverage We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
