Pre-Litigation Paralegal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and onboard new paralegals using structured training plans and established procedures.

• Conduct regular file audits to ensure quality, accurate documentation, communication, and deadline tracking.

• Coach paralegals, identify risks, and provide actionable feedback.

• Support Litify workflows, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

• Assist with workload management and provide coverage during high-volume periods.

• Manage caseloads when needed to ensure continuity and timely case progression.

• Report workflow, training, and file-quality trends to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation experience.

• Strong knowledge of pre-litigation case management and paralegal responsibilities.

• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring legal staff.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Litify experience preferred.

• Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate required and Bachelor's degree preferred.
