The BDC Customer Service Specialist assists the Sales department in reaching goals by proactively contacting customers & responding to customer inquiries.

If you're passionate about customer service, and have experience in a call center, telemarketing, online customer service and call routing - your experience will translate well!

Operator Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls, text, and email communications to customers within CRM to schedule sales appointments.
• Manages & reviews CRM data regularly - performing data entry to log critical customer information.
• Responsible for 50+ outbound customer connects daily.
• Provides courteous, prompt, and accurate phone calls for incoming Sales calls.
• Responds to customer inquiries and questions promptly with honesty & accuracy.
• Utilizes company communication software to manage all incoming calls.
• Maintains general knowledge of Ford products, features, and available services and benefits.
• Optimizes customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 1-year related experience preferably at an Automotive dealership
• Friendly and customer-centric personality
• Appropriate and professional appearance
• Able to maintain a clean and well-organized work area
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Bi-lingual - Spanish & English preferred (not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
