NOW HIRING: ASSEMBLERS

Pay: $16–$17/hr
Full-Time Opportunities Available

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Assemblers in Conroe, TX! If you enjoy hands-on work, learning different skills, and working in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
Assemble products and components according to specifications
Assist with painting and finishing duties as needed
Work in multiple departments based on production needs
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Support team members and help meet production goals

Additional Duties
Painting and prep work
Material handling and general shop support
Cross-training in different departments
Other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to use basic hand tools
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work throughout the shift
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
