What are we looking for? The Client Experience Specialistis responsible for supporting the Account Management team as it scales, across renewals support, CRM migration work and day-to-day client communication. The Client Experience Specialist blends human and AI-assisted approaches to help drive renewals, lays a key role in Wisetail's ongoing CRM migration and serves as a responsive point of contact for routine client needs. This is a hands-on generalist position suited to someone early in an account management or client success career who wants broad exposure and a direct hand in shaping how the team operates and scales. This position may travel up to 15% of the time. Shift/Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Local Time Salary & Benefits Information The base wage or salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. What you'll do:
- Manage contract renewals by tracking upcoming expiration dates, preparing renewal documentation, and identifying at-risk accounts and growth opportunities for the Account Management team.
- Support CRM migration efforts through data cleanup, record migration, QA testing, and maintaining accurate client and pipeline data throughout the transition.
- Leverage AI tools to draft renewal summaries, contract recaps, follow-up communications, and routine client responses, ensuring all content is reviewed and personalized before delivery.
- Provide day-to-day client support by resolving inquiries directly when possible, routing issues to appropriate internal teams, and assisting with support queue management.
- Prepare client-facing materials, including renewal proposals, account summaries, check-in agendas, and other account management documentation.
- Use AI and productivity tools to summarize meetings, client calls, and internal updates while identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Contribute to client retention, renewal, and satisfaction goals through proactive support, attention to detail, continuous learning, and execution of other assigned responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, client success, sales operations, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to support communication, organization, and workflow efficiency, with a willingness to continue developing these skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and technical skills; ability to travel up to 15% as needed; and authorization to legally work in the United States for this remote position.
- Background in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Exposure to CRM migration projects or data cleanup work.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to support client communication, data organization, or content drafting in a professional setting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams.
