Engages and maintains partnerships throughout the system and community to facilitate a multi-disciplinary approach for planning and implementing clinical protocols and practice in the care of patients with vascular access or a need for infusion therapy. Builds a strong team through recruitment, retention, education, and competencies.Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree Bachelors of Science: Nursing (BSN) PreferredExperience Qualifications2 years Current experience in related clinical field in acute care facility. PreferredSupervisor experience. PreferredSkills and AbilitiesDemonstrates awareness and sensitivity to rights of patient/significant other, as identified within the institution.
