Data Entry Specialist Onsite / Offsite

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, maintain, and verify information across company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. This position may be performed onsite or remotely, depending on business needs. Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain organized electronic records, files, and documentation.
• Process forms, reports, invoices, orders, and other business documents.
• Perform data searches and retrieve information when requested.
• Assist with organizing, scanning, and filing documents.
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain or verify information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries as needed.
• Follow established procedures and data-entry standards.
• Complete assigned tasks within required deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience is a plus.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and email.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
