Responsibilities Daily Care Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing and personal hygiene Grooming and dressing Mobility assistance and transfers Provide non-skilled personal and skin care support Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe home environment Provide companionship and emotional support Offer medication reminders Assist with ambulation and mobility as needed Client Support & Relationship Building Develop meaningful and trusting relationships with assigned clients Deliver reliable, consistent care that promotes independence and dignity Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff Maintain professional caregiving standards at all times Must Have Active Illinois CNA Certification Valid driver's license Reliable, insured vehicle Ability to stand, pivot, and safely assist clients with transfers Dependable attendance and professional approach to client care Nice to Have Previous home care experience Experience working with seniors in a one-on-one setting Training or experience in: Dementia Care Parkinson's Care Hospice Care Flexible scheduling opportunities One-on-one client care environment Lower patient-to-caregiver workload compared to facility settings 24/7 support from the Visiting Angels office team Paid specialized training opportunities Ongoing professional development Meaningful and rewarding work helping seniors age in place Opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients and families #J-18808-Ljbffr Classet
