What You’ll Do:

• Inspire and Motivate: Use your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop innovative strategies that encourage children to achieve their goals.
• Personalized Support: Work closely with children to understand their unique needs and aspirations, providing tailored support in areas such as daily living skills, personal development, and community involvement.
• Empowerment: Foster a positive and empowering environment where children feel confident and capable of taking on new challenges.
• Demonstrate Life Skills: Lead by example and mentor children in developing essential life skills.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to create and implement individualized plans that promote independence and well-being.

• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Must be able to pass a background check.
• No experience required. We will provide paid training.
