Lead Caregiver/Intake Coordinator

Job Description At Ease Home Care is launching in Idaho and seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver / Intake Coordinator. This role provides hands-on care while supporting client intake, caregiver coordination, and care quality. Schedule : monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Occasional weekend/evening Pay Rate: $21-23/hr Responsibilities: Provide non-medical in-home personal care Support client intake and onboarding Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage Mentor caregivers and monitor care quality Qualifications: CNA License preferred 2+ years caregiving experience Strong communication and organization skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license The Lead Caregiver / Intake Coordinator supports agency operations by delivering direct care and coordinating admissions, caregiver support, and documentation. This role ensures excellent client experiences and compliance with company policies. Essential Duties: Deliver care per client service plans Assist with intakes and service coordinationMaintain accurate documentation Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards At Ease Home Care was founded to provide compassionate, reliable non-medical in-home care throughout Idaho.
