Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical experience
• Industrial, electrical, or welding certifications are a plus
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and maintenance manuals
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and industrial equipment
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Forklift certification or ability to operate a 3-ton forklift preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed

Job Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Inspect equipment, check lubricant levels, and apply grease as needed
• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust mechanical equipment
• Assist with electrical repairs and installation projects
• Support pipe fitting, machinery installation, and equipment upgrades
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, water, sewer, and other building systems
• Help install and maintain new plant equipment
• Improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support production goals and quality standards
• Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned
