Behavior Technician (ABA)

Job TitleWe're looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).- Accurately collect and record patient behavior data while maintaining compliant medical records and documentation.- Educate patients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.- Assist in behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.- Provide patient care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs.- Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.Requirements- Completed Autism Partnership Foundation Course- Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.- Experience in data collection and analysis within a therapeutic setting is beneficial.- Strong communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with families and team members.Brightview Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
