About the Job:
As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading warehouse stock and materials using forklifts, winches, and other heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will safely relocate goods throughout the job site.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operates forklifts, winches, and other heavy loading devices safely and efficiently to transport stock throughout job sites.
* Moves, loads, and unloads materials, equipment, and stock across the job site using forklifts, winches, and other heavy machinery.
* Relocates and organizes inventory strategically within the site to maximize space utilization.
* Tracks and logs incoming and outgoing items using warehouse tracking methods to maintain accurate stock records.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* 1 year of recent experience operating industrial forklifts or material-handling equipment.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* At least 18 years of age to legally operate powered industrial trucks.
* Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record that meets company policy.
* Preferred forklift certification (OSHA-compliant), or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform heavy physical labor, including frequent bending, pushing, and pulling.
* Ability to work outdoors in all seasonal weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
* Strong spatial awareness and excellent hand-eye coordination with a strict focus on safety.
* Effective communication skills and basic reading/math proficiency for accurate inventory tracking.
Work Authorization:
* You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

* We offer an excellent benefits package that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401k with company contribution, paid time off and paid holidays.
* Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $32.00 an hour based on experience.
* We reserve the right to pay more or less than the posted salary range based on factors unrelated to sex.
