Neuro Pcu Registered Nurse

This is a night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, offering 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed.

We are seeking a skilled Neuro Pcu Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in progressive care and a commitment to providing high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological conditions. The candidate is required to be flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays, as well as float to other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients in a Neuro Pcu setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 24 months of Pcu experience with recent practice in the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications (Acls and Bls) from an approved vendor.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
