Job Full Description We are seeking a CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This is a Direct Hire position. This position will be responsible for setup and operation of both CNC and manual machining equipment to manufacture customer-specific parts. Key Responsibilities:

- Setup and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to manufacture customer-specific metal parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and tolerances to ensure quality production.
- Perform machining, fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection of parts and components.
- Maintain production schedules and document work order progress and production results.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper machine operation at all times.
- Cross-train and assist with multiple phases of the manufacturing and assembly process as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience with both CNC machining and manual machining in a manufacturing environment required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 2 weeks vacation + 1 week PTO annually
- 8 or more holidays paid per year
