About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for Business Operations within its Wealth Management and Advice organization. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader, responsible for overseeing a team of business managers and chiefs of staff who play a pivotal role as strategic partners to senior executives. This role demands a professional with a strong background in team leadership and development, capable of establishing and maintaining high standards of business management support. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in designing and refining the business management operating model, ensuring its alignment with the organization's strategic goals, and leading the team in budget management and financial planning activities. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include team leadership and development, designing the business management operating model, and overseeing strategic planning and execution support. The role requires a candidate with a university degree, at least 10 years of relevant work experience, and a proven track record in organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be adept at cross-functional coordination, possess strong financial acumen, and be skilled in problem-solving, project management, and relationship management. The focus will be on creating scalable solutions that enhance productivity and enable leaders to concentrate on high-value activities. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to identify and address organizational challenges and drive initiatives that improve the overall effectiveness of the business management function.
